Irpinia Aglianico doc Monsignore was born in Montemarano, a renowned Irpinia sub-area that gives one of the greatest expressions of Aglianico. The lands of Montemarano are rich in vulcanic materials. The combination of various factors such as the climate, exposure, strong temperature, variations between day and night and the quality of the land allow for a gradual ripening of the grapes and a more tarliva harvest. Features that make it long-lasting.

ISCHIA PER’ ‘E PALUMMO
100% Piedirosso, it has a distinctly scent of wine, full, rich and intense aroma, anchored on fruity and spicy notes, of undergrowth, wild blackberry, raspberry, cherry and blueberry. It has a dry, full taste, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Perfect accompanied by fatty meats, poultry, rabbit.
Served slightly cooler, it also goes well with more structured fish-based dishes, such as tuna. Also excellent with mussel pepper.
Crateca Bianco 2019
Crateca bianco is the result of a blend of biancolella and forastera with a wise and thoughtful addition of fiano and greco grapes. The wine, elegant to drink, is a harmonious expression of the varietal traits of the different vines, enhanced by the fine mineral note typical of the volcanic area. The brightness and intense golden yellow color anticipate a perfume rich in ample shades of yellow flowers, canned fruit, pineapple and apricot, refreshed by citrus and Mediterranean scrub hints. The mouth is soft, savory, with an inviting acid vein and good body.
ISCHIA BIANCO SPUMANTE
Traditional classic method - Extra Brut 50% Forastera 50% Biancolella. Very fine and elegant perlage. Wide, inviting bouquet of particular finesse and complexity. There are aromas that taste of warm bread crust, dried apricots and wild herbs. On the palate it is complex and elegant at the same time with a slightly almond note. It goes well as an aperitif and goes well with dishes based on shellfish, oysters, delicately prepared seafood and raw seafood.
ROSAMONTI
80% Aglianico and 20% Piedirosso, extremely pleasant wine thanks to its freshness. The nose is fruity, fresh with notes of wild strawberries, blueberries and white flowers. 100% Aglianico. Very fine, elegant and inviting perlage. Ample aroma reminiscent of wild strawberries, wild herbs and mountain flowers. On the palate it is complex, elegant and with an incredible freshness.
Perfect as an aperitif, paired with oysters and raw seafood. Also try with sushi and fresh cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella.

The wine is a refined and exclusive interpretation of the Biancolella grape produced on volcanic land cooled by the sea breeze. It has a bright straw yellow color, with seductive floral notes of acacia and citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit and pear, wrapped in a subtle mineral texture. In the mouth it is pleasantly dynamic, fresh, creamy, savory, with an important texture and perfect balance.
BIANCOLELLA
100% Biancolella, it has an elegant and intense perfume, floral and fruity, fragrant, of class and continuity. It unfolds on notes of yellow peach, banana and broom flowers. On the palate it is intense and full, with an agile body reflecting the varietal characteristic. Dry and savory, thanks to the type of vinification, it is pleasantly fresh. The long finish is characterized by the typical and unmistakable hint of bitter almond that enhances the typicality of the grape. Crateca Rosso 2017
Obtained from blends of Guarnaccia, Piedirosso and Aglianico, the wine, with a warm and pleasant drink, is an exemplary interpretation of the vines in a key typical of a volcanic territory. The color is intense and bright ruby red, the nose is broad and rich in nuances from red fruits to licorice, with hints of spice and sweet notes of cocoa.
In the mouth it is well balanced, soft, fresh, savory with an elegant and dry tannin.
