Sarracino is the name of the Fiano di Avellino DOCG, the name of an ancient district and an ancient wood whose trees were destroyed between 1762 and 1768 ...
Figaro, our fig liqueur, is the first of our discoveries.
Born from the work and passion of a Portuguese craftsman, created from the maceration of the fig in his same brandy, distilled in a 19th century alembic in the region of Algarve.
Bottom-fermented, it is an amber-toned beer style with compact and persistent foam. Given the peculiarities of the style, the malt makes itself felt decisively at all stages of the tasting.
50% Aglianico 30% Montepulciano and 20% Guarnaccia. Obtained from selected grapes from vineyards of different ages, it gives the nose and taste an elegant robustness. At first glance it is impressive, fine and intense, fruity and spicy, with hints of black currant, cherry, balsamic wood and licorice, closing with smoky olfactory notes. In the mouth it is round, of considerable thickness, with tannins that give it a strong character without however damaging the softness and balance. The finish is remarkable, very long and rich in flavor. An important red to accompany strong dishes: excellent is the combination with skewers, fatty red meats, game, roasts, tasty cheeses.
Crateca bianco is the result of a blend of biancolella and forastera with a wise and thoughtful addition of fiano and greco grapes. The wine, elegant to drink, is a harmonious expression of the varietal traits of the different vines, enhanced by the fine mineral note typical of the volcanic area. The brightness and intense golden yellow color anticipate a perfume rich in ample shades of yellow flowers, canned fruit, pineapple and apricot, refreshed by citrus and Mediterranean scrub hints. The mouth is soft, savory, with an inviting acid vein and good body.
80% Aglianico and 20% Piedirosso, extremely pleasant wine thanks to its freshness. The nose is fruity, fresh with notes of wild strawberries, blueberries and white flowers. The freshness is confirmed on the palate, it is soft and velvety, moderately acid and fruity. A wine of great pleasure, summery, with ample possibilities for pairing. Excellent as an aperitif with small delicacies, paired with crustaceans and delicate fish, also ideal paired with pizza or buffalo mozzarella. Awards received: Berebene Gambero Rosso 2016 quality / price award
Straw-yellow colored beer, topped with a white and compact foam, it stands out for its fresh and balanced taste. The sweetness of the malt predominates at the beginning, but is soon balanced by noble hops which give it a dry finish. Soft and light, refreshing and satisfying, it is a top-fermented beer with strong herbaceous and fruity aromas. The density in the mouth is not excessive, but pleasant and able to amaze with its alternation of flavors.
Piedirosso is one of the vines of sure indigenous origin, in the island of Ischia.

Frescura is the liqueur as it could be once, handcrafted and macerating in a distillate of white wine, wild citrus fruits, fig leaves and herbs from the Mediterranean scrub harvested at the first light of the morning.
The powerful and elegant drink of this wine represents its distinctive and seductive trait, a sublime expression of a balance that arises from the volcano near the sea. The color is intense and brilliant garnet red, the nose is intoxicating and of great impact with fine hints of cherry, blackberry and rose fused in delicate menthol notes and black pepper and tobacco. In the mouth it is fleshy, balanced, fresh, with a strong and noble tannic texture.
100% Piedirosso, it has a distinctly scent of wine, full, rich and intense aroma, anchored on fruity and spicy notes, of undergrowth, wild blackberry, raspberry, cherry and blueberry. It has a dry, full taste, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Perfect accompanied by fatty meats, poultry, rabbit.
Served slightly cooler, it also goes well with more structured fish-based dishes, such as tuna. Also excellent with mussel pepper.
