100% Piedirosso, it has a distinctly scent of wine, full, rich and intense aroma, anchored on fruity and spicy notes, of undergrowth, wild blackberry, raspberry, cherry and blueberry. It has a dry, full taste, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Perfect accompanied by fatty meats, poultry, rabbit.
Served slightly cooler, it also goes well with more structured fish-based dishes, such as tuna. Also excellent with mussel pepper.

Piedirosso is one of the vines of sure indigenous origin, in the island of Ischia.

Purtuall, orange wine

«Purtual »is a fortified orange wine, homage to the fruit from which it is made and to the origin of its name. 

Straw-yellow colored beer, topped with a white and compact foam, it stands out for its fresh and balanced taste. The sweetness of the malt predominates at the beginning, but is soon balanced by noble hops which give it a dry finish. Soft and light, refreshing and satisfying, it is a top-fermented beer with strong herbaceous and fruity aromas. The density in the mouth is not excessive, but pleasant and able to amaze with its alternation of flavors.

Sciuscella and 'On Carrubo represent a homage to a fruit symbol of the history of Ischia, almost forgotten for a century now.

The wine is a refined and exclusive interpretation of the Biancolella grape produced on volcanic land cooled by the sea breeze. It has a bright straw yellow color, with seductive floral notes of acacia and citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit and pear, wrapped in a subtle mineral texture. In the mouth it is pleasantly dynamic, fresh, creamy, savory, with an important texture and perfect balance.

50% Biancolella and 50% Fiano. Wine of great texture, with a refined and elegant scent of small pastries and acacia flowers, mixed with lively and fresh notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate it enters delicate and full, but agile and savory at the same time. A wine with a great personality that recalls the typical characteristics of its vines of origin: the light almond of Biancolella and the fresh sensations of Fiano. Excellent wine for the whole meal, as an aperitif or paired with first courses based on fish and crustaceans, also ideal with molluscs and baked fish. Bottom-fermented, it is an amber-toned beer style with compact and persistent foam. Given the peculiarities of the style, the malt makes itself felt decisively at all stages of the tasting.

Calore is the name of the Greco di Tufo DOCG, it takes its name from the river that flows downstream of Mount Tuoro.

Obtained from blends of Guarnaccia, Piedirosso and Aglianico, the wine, with a warm and pleasant drink, is an exemplary interpretation of the vines in a key typical of a volcanic territory. The color is intense and bright ruby red, the nose is broad and rich in nuances from red fruits to licorice, with hints of spice and sweet notes of cocoa.
In the mouth it is well balanced, soft, fresh, savory with an elegant and dry tannin.

100% Biancolella, the nose is intense, broad and fruity with notes reminiscent of the sweetness of pear pulp and ripe apricot, combined with a background of almond flowers and delicate floral sensations perfectly integrated with the current of balsamic aromas of oak in which it matured. On the palate it is dense and enveloping, persistent and balanced, particularly harmonious and full-bodied in its minerality. It goes well with first courses based on seafood, fried fish and white meats. Also excellent in combination with mushroom-based dishes.
