Crateca Rosato 2019
It is obtained from Aglianico grapes by light pressing, with an inviting and graceful drink, it is an unprecedented and refined expression of the characteristic features of Aglianico harvested early. The crystalline pastel pink is beautiful, with shades of peach petal. The aromatic purity, intense floral scents of rose and lime, fused with small red fruits, pomegranate and cedar strike the nose. The fresh and elegant taste is of beautiful sweetness and fine density.
Crateca Rosso Crastula 2015
The powerful and elegant drink of this wine represents its distinctive and seductive trait, a sublime expression of a balance that arises from the volcano near the sea. The color is intense and brilliant garnet red, the nose is intoxicating and of great impact with fine hints of cherry, blackberry and rose fused in delicate menthol notes and black pepper and tobacco. In the mouth it is fleshy, balanced, fresh, with a strong and noble tannic texture.
Crateca Biancolella 2020
The wine is a refined and exclusive interpretation of the Biancolella grape produced on volcanic land cooled by the sea breeze. It has a bright straw yellow color, with seductive floral notes of acacia and citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit and pear, wrapped in a subtle mineral texture. In the mouth it is pleasantly dynamic, fresh, creamy, savory, with an important texture and perfect balance.
Crateca Rosso 2017
Obtained from blends of Guarnaccia, Piedirosso and Aglianico, the wine, with a warm and pleasant drink, is an exemplary interpretation of the vines in a key typical of a volcanic territory. The color is intense and bright ruby red, the nose is broad and rich in nuances from red fruits to licorice, with hints of spice and sweet notes of cocoa.
In the mouth it is well balanced, soft, fresh, savory with an elegant and dry tannin.
Crateca Bianco 2019
Crateca bianco is the result of a blend of biancolella and forastera with a wise and thoughtful addition of fiano and greco grapes. The wine, elegant to drink, is a harmonious expression of the varietal traits of the different vines, enhanced by the fine mineral note typical of the volcanic area. The brightness and intense golden yellow color anticipate a perfume rich in ample shades of yellow flowers, canned fruit, pineapple and apricot, refreshed by citrus and Mediterranean scrub hints. The mouth is soft, savory, with an inviting acid vein and good body.
TENUTA DEI PRETI
100% Biancolella, the nose is intense, broad and fruity with notes reminiscent of the sweetness of pear pulp and ripe apricot, combined with a background of almond flowers and delicate floral sensations perfectly integrated with the current of balsamic aromas of oak in which it matured. On the palate it is dense and enveloping, persistent and balanced, particularly harmonious and full-bodied in its minerality. It goes well with first courses based on seafood, fried fish and white meats. Also excellent in combination with mushroom-based dishes.
ISCHIA BIANCO SPUMANTE
Traditional classic method - Extra Brut 50% Forastera 50% Biancolella. Very fine and elegant perlage. Wide, inviting bouquet of particular finesse and complexity. There are aromas that taste of warm bread crust, dried apricots and wild herbs. On the palate it is complex and elegant at the same time with a slightly almond note. It goes well as an aperitif and goes well with dishes based on shellfish, oysters, delicately prepared seafood and raw seafood.
ROSAMONTI
80% Aglianico and 20% Piedirosso, extremely pleasant wine thanks to its freshness. The nose is fruity, fresh with notes of wild strawberries, blueberries and white flowers. The freshness is confirmed on the palate, it is soft and velvety, moderately acid and fruity. A wine of great pleasure, summery, with ample possibilities for pairing. Excellent as an aperitif with small delicacies, paired with crustaceans and delicate fish, also ideal paired with pizza or buffalo mozzarella. PITHECUSA ROSSO
40% Piedirosso and 60% Aglianico. The initial impact, of great intensity and elegance, releases fruity and herbaceous sensations. The olfactory range ranges from red berry fruit such as sour cherry, blackberry, black currant, to herbaceous, all melted into a reminder of barely perceptible wood toasting. Ethereal, fine, on the palate it is important, with great personality and good body, ample and pleasant, long in the finish to confirm and expand the olfactory sensations. Perfect when paired with grilled beef, game and game or with meat-based first courses such as Bolognese or Genovese. Also to be recommended in combination with aged cheeses and smoked cold cuts.
TENUTA MONTE ZUNTA
Piedirosso is one of the vines of sure indigenous origin, in the island of Ischia.

- Production area: Tenuta Monte Zunta in S. Angelo, in the municipality of Serrara Fontana at 450m sbove sea level, in the southernmost part of the Island.
PITHECUSA BIANCO
50% Biancolella and 50% Fiano. Wine of great texture, with a refined and elegant scent of small pastries and acacia flowers, mixed with lively and fresh notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate it enters delicate and full, but agile and savory at the same time. A wine with a great personality that recalls the typical characteristics of its vines of origin: the light almond of Biancolella and the fresh sensations of Fiano. Excellent wine for the whole meal, as an aperitif or paired with first courses based on fish and crustaceans, also ideal with molluscs and baked fish.
