Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon is obtained from the cold pressing of top quality olives, mainly of the Ogliarola variety.
The olives are harvested from the tree at the right point of ripeness and ground within the day. The oil obtained has a very low acidity and valuable organoleptic characteristics, ideal to be eaten raw or to season dishes giving a citrus touch.
