Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Chilli is obtained from the cold pressing of top quality olives, mainly of the Ogliarola variety.
The olives are harvested from the tree at the right point of ripeness and ground within the day. The oil obtained has a very low acidity and valuable organoleptic characteristics, ideal to be eaten raw, for lovers of the strong, to be used on any type of dish, from meat to pense.
