Bottom-fermented, it is an amber-toned beer style with compact and persistent foam. Given the peculiarities of the style, the malt makes itself felt decisively at all stages of the tasting.
Straw-yellow colored beer, topped with a white and compact foam, it stands out for its fresh and balanced taste. The sweetness of the malt predominates at the beginning, but is soon balanced by noble hops which give it a dry finish. Soft and light, refreshing and satisfying, it is a top-fermented beer with strong herbaceous and fruity aromas. The density in the mouth is not excessive, but pleasant and able to amaze with its alternation of flavors.
Linked to the use of must, with which in ancient peasant recipes they were prepared to be sweeter, mostaccioli are the essence of the Campania confectionery tradition. Characterized by a particular aroma of spices, they come in the classic lozenge shape. It is the softness of the biscuit combined with the crunchiness of the fine dark chocolate coating that distinguishes this product by now known all over the world. Other versions, without spices, have a filling based on cherry jam, hazelnut cream and white chocolate.
Crunchies are shaped with traditional copper pot caramel and with grains of hazelnuts and toasted almonds.

100% Aglianico. Very fine, elegant and inviting perlage. Ample aroma reminiscent of wild strawberries, wild herbs and mountain flowers. On the palate it is complex, elegant and with an incredible freshness.
Perfect as an aperitif, paired with oysters and raw seafood. Also try with sushi and fresh cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella.
100% Biancolella, it has an elegant and intense perfume, floral and fruity, fragrant, of class and continuity. It unfolds on notes of yellow peach, banana and broom flowers. On the palate it is intense and full, with an agile body reflecting the varietal characteristic. Dry and savory, thanks to the type of vinification, it is pleasantly fresh. The long finish is characterized by the typical and unmistakable hint of bitter almond that enhances the typicality of the grape. It goes well with cold appetizers with sweet and sour sauces, vegetables, delicate fish, fried fish, vegetable creams and white meats. Excellent with rabbit al cacciatore, a typical dish from Ischia.
