50% Biancolella and 50% Fiano. Wine of great texture, with a refined and elegant scent of small pastries and acacia flowers, mixed with lively and fresh notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate it enters delicate and full, but agile and savory at the same time. A wine with a great personality that recalls the typical characteristics of its vines of origin: the light almond of Biancolella and the fresh sensations of Fiano. Excellent wine for the whole meal, as an aperitif or paired with first courses based on fish and crustaceans, also ideal with molluscs and baked fish. 50% Aglianico 30% Montepulciano and 20% Guarnaccia. Obtained from selected grapes from vineyards of different ages, it gives the nose and taste an elegant robustness. At first glance it is impressive, fine and intense, fruity and spicy, with hints of black currant, cherry, balsamic wood and licorice, closing with smoky olfactory notes. In the mouth it is round, of considerable thickness, with tannins that give it a strong character without however damaging the softness and balance. The finish is remarkable, very long and rich in flavor. An important red to accompany strong dishes: excellent is the combination with skewers, fatty red meats, game, roasts, tasty cheeses.
