40% Piedirosso and 60% Aglianico. The initial impact, of great intensity and elegance, releases fruity and herbaceous sensations. The olfactory range ranges from red berry fruit such as sour cherry, blackberry, black currant, to herbaceous, all melted into a reminder of barely perceptible wood toasting. Ethereal, fine, on the palate it is important, with great personality and good body, ample and pleasant, long in the finish to confirm and expand the olfactory sensations. Perfect when paired with grilled beef, game and game or with meat-based first courses such as Bolognese or Genovese. Also to be recommended in combination with aged cheeses and smoked cold cuts.

50% Biancolella and 50% Fiano. Wine of great texture, with a refined and elegant scent of small pastries and acacia flowers, mixed with lively and fresh notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate it enters delicate and full, but agile and savory at the same time. A wine with a great personality that recalls the typical characteristics of its vines of origin: the light almond of Biancolella and the fresh sensations of Fiano. Excellent wine for the whole meal, as an aperitif or paired with first courses based on fish and crustaceans, also ideal with molluscs and baked fish. Soft and very fine, our cashmere is not only shiny and luxurious, but also ethical since no animal is exploited for its production. It is formed by the fur of sheep living at more than 2000m of altitude in the Kashmir region. This wool is beautiful to the eye and extremely soft to the touch. The sheep from which this precious material comes from are not affected by the torture of mulesing and are always treated with respect by the humans around them.
Entirely included in the list of traditional Italian agri-food products, the colomba is an expression of the Easter confectionery tradition. Using only mother yeast, combined with the key ingredients of the ancient original recipe, our colomba is distinguished by a delicate hydroalcoholic bath (14 ° vol) with a dual function: preservative and flavoring. It keeps the taste unaltered and gives aroma and softness.
50% Aglianico 30% Montepulciano and 20% Guarnaccia. Obtained from selected grapes from vineyards of different ages, it gives the nose and taste an elegant robustness. At first glance it is impressive, fine and intense, fruity and spicy, with hints of black currant, cherry, balsamic wood and licorice, closing with smoky olfactory notes. In the mouth it is round, of considerable thickness, with tannins that give it a strong character without however damaging the softness and balance. The finish is remarkable, very long and rich in flavor. An important red to accompany strong dishes: excellent is the combination with skewers, fatty red meats, game, roasts, tasty cheeses.
