50% Aglianico 30% Montepulciano and 20% Guarnaccia. Obtained from selected grapes from vineyards of different ages, it gives the nose and taste an elegant robustness. At first glance it is impressive, fine and intense, fruity and spicy, with hints of black currant, cherry, balsamic wood and licorice, closing with smoky olfactory notes. In the mouth it is round, of considerable thickness, with tannins that give it a strong character without however damaging the softness and balance. The finish is remarkable, very long and rich in flavor. An important red to accompany strong dishes: excellent is the combination with skewers, fatty red meats, game, roasts, tasty cheeses.

The long finish is characterized by the typical and unmistakable hint of bitter almond that enhances the typicality of the grape. It goes well with cold appetizers with sweet and sour sauces, vegetables, delicate fish, fried fish, vegetable creams and white meats. Excellent with rabbit al cacciatore, a typical dish from Ischia.
